How can I return an item for an exchange or a refund? Plus

To return your order, please follow the instructions on the returns slip on the back of your invoice. For more information on exchanges and refunds, please see article 14 of our Terms & Conditions.

How can I pay for my order? Plus

You can pay for your order:
- By bank card directly online via our website: Mastercard or Visa. Payment is secure thanks to a Secure Socket Layer encryption which guarantees a high level of protection.
- PayPal: Pay by card without entering your bank details. You will only be asked for your PayPal email address and password.

How can I update my address? Plus

- Log in to your customer account online and click on the "Manage my personal details" section to modify your address.
- When you confirm your order, you can update your address when you get to the "Delivery" step.

What is a promo code? What can they be used for? Plus

Promo codes are 5-digit codes that give you access to special offers like free gifts, free delivery, extra discounts, and more!

You can apply valid promo codes in your shopping bag. They’re only valid in the UK on products sold and shipped by Atlas For Men (excluding Marketplace items). Please note that promo codes are not cumulative.

Where can I find the promo code in my catalogue? Plus

Your promo code is printed on the order form page of your catalogue. You’ll usually find it in the top left-hand corner.

My promo code doesn’t work. What should I do? Plus

Promo codes are valid only in the UK and apply exclusively to products sold and shipped by Atlas For Men (excluding Marketplace items). Please also note that promo codes do not start with “AA.”

It's quick and easy!

1- Select your items and add them to your shopping bag.

2- At the first step of your shopping bag, enter your promo code in the box at the top right-hand corner of the page, then click "OK" to apply it.

3 - Click "Continue to Checkout" to complete your order.

Marketplace

What is the Marketplace? Plus

Atlas For Men has introduced its Marketplace service to bring you an even wider selection of items, alongside our own collections. All of our Marketplace products are sold and shipped by independent professional sellers that have been carefully selected by our team, to guarantee you the highest satisfaction.

All transactions made through the Atlas For Men Marketplace are carried out directly between you, the buyer, and the seller. Atlas For Men does not resell Marketplace items or act as a third party in any sales agreements made between the seller and the buyer.

How does the Marketplace work? Plus

Place your order and pay for your items directly on our website www.atlasformen.co.uk.

The Marketplace seller will then prepare and ship your order to your home address.

Got a question? Your Marketplace seller is ready to help. You can find their contact details in the “Make a Request” section under “My Orders” in your online customer account.

How do I know if I’ve chosen a Marketplace item? Plus

On the product page, just above the title on the right-hand side, you will find the seller’s name with the phrase: Sold and shipped by [seller’s name].

On the category pages, the seller’s name also appears just above the product title with the same phrase: Sold and shipped by [seller’s name].

How do I return a Marketplace item? Plus

If you need to return an item sold and shipped by one of our Marketplace partners, please download and print the returns form available here. Each Marketplace partner has its own returns policy.

To find the relevant return address and policy for your item, you can:
Log into your Atlas For Men customer account, go to the “My Orders” section, and click on “Contact Us” followed by “Marketplace Returns.”

Alternatively, click on the seller’s name on the product page for your item.

How can I track my Marketplace orders? Plus

Simply log in to your Atlas For Men account and go to the “My Orders” section. Select the relevant order and click on “Follow My Order” to view your order’s tracking details.

Got a question about your Marketplace product? Plus

Log in to your Atlas For Men account and go to the “My Orders” section. Select the relevant order and click on “Make a Request.” Complete the form and click send.

Your request will be sent to the seller, who will respond within 72 hours. You can view the history of your conversations in the “Questions and Discussions” section.

How can I contact a Marketplace seller? Plus

If you want to ask a question, return an item, make an exchange, or cancel a Marketplace order, just go to your customer account and select “My Orders” to view your order details. Then, click on “Make a Request” to contact your seller directly via email.

Referral Program

How to refer a friend? Plus

To invite friends and family, simply visit our dedicated Refer a Friend page to sign up and get your unique link. Share this link with your loved ones, and a referral will be confirmed once your friend places an order using the link. 

How and when do I receive my reward after referring a friend? Plus

Once your referred friend becomes an Atlas For Men customer and completes their order without returning any items within 30 days, you’ll receive an email with your reward in the form of a unique promo code. This code gives you a £10 discount on purchases of £49 or more from the Atlas For Men range. Offer valid on UK website only.

Who can join the referral program? Plus

All Atlas For Men customers can refer friends and family. However, referrals can only be made for people who are new to Atlas For Men and have not yet become customers.

How much is the referral reward? Plus

As a referrer, you’ll earn a £10 discount in the form of a promo code for every completed referral, applicable on orders of £49 or more. You can earn up to £100 in promo codes per year, with one promo code redeemable per order. Each code is valid for 6 months on the Atlas For Men range. Offer valid on UK website only.

If you're a referred friend, you’ll enjoy £10 off your first purchase of £39 or more when you use the link shared by your referrer. This offer is valid for 3 months on the Atlas For Men range. After your first order, you can also become a referrer and start earning rewards! Offer valid on UK website only.

How do I claim my reward after being referred? Plus

To claim your reward, click the link shared by your referrer. Enter your name and email address, then click "Get the Offer." You’ll receive a unique promo code by email, which you can use on the website to place your order. The promo code is valid for 3 months and is valid on the UK website only.

Can a referred friend become a referrer? Plus

Yes! Once you’ve been referred, you can also become a referrer and start earning rewards. Simply create your unique referral link on our dedicated Refer A Friend page and share it with friends and family who are new to Atlas For Men.
