Return policy

For all requests, please use your account in our website Atlas for men, section "my orders" to open a request, make a claim or get information about your order. 


To return an shipped and sold product from our maketplace seller, you need to send it back to the seller address with the returns form.


Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE: Any underwear including boxers, briefs and socks can only be returned if they have not been opened and are in original packaging. For legal and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of these items once opened. In all other cases, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
