Return policy

For all requests, please use your account in our website Atlas for men, section "my orders" to open a request, make a claim or get information about your order.

To return an shipped and sold product from our maketplace seller, you need to send it back to the seller address with the returns form.

Exchanges and refunds You may return any item for a refund within 28 days of receipt of your order (14 days to give notice of withdrawal + an additional 14 days to return the product). If you return 1 or more items, the return costs will be at your expense. In addition, we will not refund the initial shipping costs (shipping costs paid with the order).
